ALBOM45 have In-house Products available for manufacturing with your design. These consist of a range of Vinyl Record Packaging and several Multi Application Packaging Concepts that can adopt your own artwork and choice of finishes. Our most utilised finishes include: Gloss/Matt/Soft Touch Lamination; Spot UV; Hot Foiling; Embossing/Debossing and Structured/Textured papers. Any of which could be embellished through our Post-Production Processes before, during or after manufacture.

We offer both Lithographic and Digital Printing services. All our digitally printed art is also sealed with a standard lithographic varnish in a choice of Gloss or Matt. This achieves just as much wear resistance as a lithographic print under the thumb and on creased edges but takes advantage of more affordable lower print run quantities. All our print methods utilising our standard graphic art board qualify for an option to print on the reverse side at no additional cost. The reverse board side has a lighter coating meaning more ink is absorbed into the board, creating a more textured finish.

Aside from these “ready-to-go” products, we also offer a comprehensive bespoke service for any part of your project’s journey. We regularly work out the initial technical CAD drawings and structure of packaging through physical modelling. We then supply clients with these tried and tested templates who, in turn, fulfil the artwork requirements and return the files for us to take through Printing, Finishing, Assembly and Despatch. These projects are individually quoted.
